Sorry the updates have lagged lately - things are good, so don't worry!
Troy has continued to improve over the past few days - in fact, he walked the equivalent of 1 mile around the transplant floor today (28 laps to be precise)!
His heart function is also improving and creatin levels are low - so it looks like things are good. Hopefully he will be back home at his parents soon.

I just got the news from Margaret Harriman on myspace. I'm really sorry to hear about all that you are going through, and I want you to know that I am going to start praying for you several times daily, because I know you are not a quitter, and you will lick this. I know you are a very strong individual, and with a lot of prayer, and love, you can and will fight and defeat this. I know this.
Take me for example. I know this isn't exactly the same exact thing that you're going through, BUT, I want you to know how I feel about the power of prayer: I had a seizure in 2003. I mean, I was in a coma for 3 days straight. I didn't have the slightest idea what was going on. But, I found out a lot of people was constantly praying for me. And, I beat it. I'm on meds too, off course, but, I'm pretty much here, b/c God wasn't done with me yet, and I know that God isn't done with you either.
Just so you know, I have a friend posting a little bit about you on myspace, so people on there will be praying for you. Because I care that much about you. I'm not gonna give up on you, and I don't want to hear that you're gonna give up on you either, all right?
God, I ask that right now, you lay your healing hands upon Troy's body. I ask that whatever your will is, that it be done. I know that he is such a great person, and I know that for whatever reason, you choose him to have this cancer. Why, I don't know, right now, but you did. All that I ask, is, IF it is your will, that you take it from him completely, and you help him recover from it. Let him know that there is people in this world that are on his side that love him so much, and want to see this be lifted from his body. People are going to be constantly praying for him, because people really do believe in the power of prayer, and we need you to do what you need to do in this situation. You know Troy, you know his body, you knew this was going to happen to him years before this Earth was even shaped by your own hands. The own same hands that can heal him and that can bring a feeling a peace to him and his body. Lord, whatever your will is, please do it.

Troy, you know, we may have had our differences when we was growing up, but I want you to know one thing: I've always looked up to you. Always. There was just something about you, and the way you treated others that I respected you, and I still feel that way, to this very day.
